Wow, it’s November! Don’t Forget To Vote!!

I don’t think voter fraud is the way to go - it would be better if people turned out en masse to reject proposition 8 in California.  And for the love of all things American, vote for Obama.  John McCain is a war hero, no doubt, but he has one of the most anti-feminist voting records and then runs with Caribou Barbie to try to win over women.  I think he underestimates the intellect of women.  I hope I’m right!

If you’ve noticed that I have been writing less and less, that is because I am working more and more!  John is working full-time on FetLife and he and I push each other more and more.  It’s good for me.  I learn more in a day from John than you can imagine and for someone like me, learning is such a rush that I have to have more!

I’m really looking forward to a weekend away in NYC.  In case you somehow missed this, and I mean you would have to have just found my blog today to have missed this, I’m going to NYC Nov 13th to 17th for the 2009 NYC Sex Blogger Calendar release party on Nov 14th.  Why am I going?  No, I don’t live in NYC and I’m not in the calendar, yet somehow I became ridiculously involved in the project and so I’m now going to celebrate the end result of a lot of hard work!!  I’m really looking forward to meeting everybody in person and getting to know some people a lot better.  See, the after party has an after party - as a few of us ladies have arranged to stay in a very nice suite together.  Oh, with any luck at all there will be much to write about and much to keep to ourselves!
