Where Do Pro-Dommes Advertise? Want To Go To Oral Sex Night? Beware Of Eden!

Life is going by so quickly - how did it get to be the middle of October already?  I haven’t had much time to do anything but work, which is a good thing!  No complaints from me on that one.  I am juggling a lot of projects, but project management is something I am very good at.  Today I spent part of my day contacting professional dommes - you see I have this theory based on experience as a professional dominatrix - that finding good advertising is really difficult.  Sure, you can pay some directory to list you with 50 other ladies offering the same thing you are or you can throw an ad up on Craigslist and hope for the least sleazy responses possible, or even just throw up a web page and hope someone finds you - or you could place an ad on Fetlife, target it towards men in your area, and BAM!  You have a self-selected demographic of men interested in BDSM at your feet.  So my goal has been to contact other professional dominatrices, dominas, dommes, ladies, and Goddesses and try to put the word out to them.  There are sure a hell of a lot of us!  It’s keeping me very busy.

Aside from that I’ve been working on Rachel Kramer Bussel’s press release for her Oral Sex Night at In The Flesh Erotic Reading Series in NYC - writing and formatting it was easy - sending it to hundreds of contacts individually one by one with an attachment takes time.  PR hint: Don’t send out press releases as a batch or group - it will hit spam filters and then you’ve just wasted a good contact.  If they are worth contacting, contact them individually.  So I spent several hours working on that project.

Soon I’m going to start posting the Butterfly Temptress’ series on BestSexBloggers.com.  I’ve alluded to it before it, directed people to it where it was originally posted (on EF’s blog) but EdenFantasys has really let a bunch of us down lately and it seems they have turned their back on her project, along with several other important projects.  It’s a shame, they have really lost the respect of the blogger community after rescinding their offer to sponsor the printing of the NYC Sex Blogger Calendar project and then refusing to pay AAG for the hours she put in for them before they terminated her.  I would be very careful in entering into any agreement with EdenFantasys.  It is one affiliate program I would not recommend.  If you’re looking for a good toy company, go with VibeReview.com.

I’m off now - I’m looking for a cheap ticket to visit Butterfly Temptress for a slumber party before going to NYC for the calendar launch party (did I mention I’m excited about going to NYC?!?!).  Diva suggested looking at train prices, so I’m going to wrap it up and find a cheap way to get where I need to go.

The Good Things List Lives On

Definitely *Not* A Good Thing

Definitely *Not* A Good Thing (Postsecret.com)

Here are a few of my favorite things.  Some are free, some are not.  They were all handpicked by me (Catalina) with you in mind:

A Good New Site:

Public Disgrace by Kink.com is really on the edge, literally - their first scene is fantasy rape and it is really hot.  Keep in mind it’s fantasy, people - we all know real rape and fantasy rape are very separate things and consensual fantasy rape is a very common fantasy for many women like myself, who consider themselves to be feminists.

A Good Blog:

Skid Roche is self-described as: “The online home of writer Thomas S. Roche, author of crime-noir, fantasy, horror, and erotica stories. Contains erotic fiction, horror fiction, photos, oodles of links, and articles on horror movies, crime fiction, porn, B-movies, science fiction, film noir, horror movies, vampires, firearms, civil liberties, politics, cryptozoology, the mafia and the arts. Bigfoot says hi.”  It’s a little bit of everything and then some.  I like it a lot.

A Good Deal:

If you really want the Liberator Wedge/Ramp combo (like the one I reviewed) but you can’t quite slip it into your budget, take a look at their new product called, The Whirl.  It is a really nice substitute for a wedge.  It’s less expensive, but the quality is not cheaper.  Seriously.  I’m a true-blue fan of Liberator products and I specifically asked to test the Whirl and review it because I was thinking about your budget.

A Good (Sexy) Costume:

I’ve never gone to a Halloween party.  Never.  But I hope to one day, and if you happen to be going to one this year, you might be in the market for a sexy little costume.  Check here: http://www.girlfriendslingerie.com/costumesmain.html.  I happened upon it when I received an email from fan who asked me to be Batgirl in a scene and use my magic powers to dominate him and sent me the link.  I do really want to be Wonder Woman, though!

A Good Laugh:

Will Ferrell’s page on Funny Or Die is …funny.  I love his videos on here.  Mr. F. got me started on them with The Landlord and then later with The Green Team.  Be sure to check those out.  Seriously, it is a good laugh.

A Good (The Best) Coldplay Site:

Coldplaying.com is the place to go if you happen to be like me and know that Chris Martin’s birthday is March 2nd.  Yes, it’s for people who are truly obsessed enough to want to read all the latest news and I’m a nerd.  I own ColdplayLiveArchive.com, remember.  Don’t waste your time.  I haven’t had a chance to upload any of the shows I have, but I think I’m close to 200 shows now, I have one from Zurich on the 28th of September that is amazing.  But I digress - Coldplaying.com is the authority on Coldplay.  They even have their own toolbar you can download to get the latest, breaking Coldplay news!  (I know, I am pathetic).

A Good How-To Guide:

On The Femmes Guide there is a How-To Guide to do just about anything you can imagine from How To Make A Sweet Sachet to how to the How To Guide To Female Ejaculation.  You’ll find a little bit of everything.

A Good Book:

I’m halfway through Naked on the Internet and I love it!  I’ll write my own review of it, but this is how Amazon describes the book:

Naked on the Internet explores how women use cyberspace, personally and professionally, to learn about themselves, connect with others, and make a living. Author Audacia Ray then goes further, examining the Internet as a valuable — though often problematic — sexual space.

Ray combines her insider’s knowledge with the voices of a variety of women whose firsthand experiences include camming, chatting, and making websites; dating, hooking up, and forming friendships; sex and relationship blogging; and making porn and doing other forms of sex work. She also examines the power of sexual health and online support communities and the technology that enables physical sexual encounters.

So that’s it for this week’s list.  I hope you find something that you enjoyed! ~ Catalina

Not Just Any Monday, But Lochai’s First Monday at Hogtied.com

Another Image from Home in Oregon

Another Image from Home in Oregon

Congratulations, Lochai!  Today was Lochai’s first day at Hogtied.com, and I haven’t had a chance to talk to him yet, but I’m hoping to get the inside scoop on what to expect over the next couple of months.

Please go to BestSexBloggers.com and read Life.Love.Cancer - Part III.  Please.

I love working for Fetlife.com.  I am going to be contacting event coordinators over the next several weeks to discuss advertising their event on Fetlife.com.  It’s the perfect place to advertise for events because you can target by location, so your workshop in Charlotte, for example, could be targeted to North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennesee, and Georgia.  Everybody who has advertised an event on Fetlife has said it was a good decision and they would do it again.  Another group I’d like to reach is the circle of BDSM/Kink/Sex-Positive educators that are all over the world.  Again, targeted marketing for workshops is a smart way to stretch marketing dollars.  Anyway, I’ve got my work cut out for me because there are a Lot of events and a Lot of educators to get in touch with.

Marky is good to me - he found a Coldplay show from Germany 9/28/08 - yesterday! I had an interesting time trying to listen to it.  The fact is I’ve listened to it three times now and I still haven’t heard it.  I had too many interruptions all day, including a demanding preschooler who wanted to hear Barney over Chris Martin.  How is it possible she came from my body?  She (S) does know all of the Coldplay songs though, and either sings them or knows the right time to clap.  It is very entertaining to pass along my obsession for Coldplay to my offspring.  Even W thinks they don’t suck, though they are no Jonas Brothers, apparently.

Now, it is time to enjoy some time being a wife, to take a shower together and reconnect a little bit after a very stressful day.  I also want to spend some time reading so that I can work on the book reviews I have lined up.  I actually do read cover-to-cover every single book that I review, so it might take me a while, but I’d rather keep you waiting and give you the best (just like sex!)

Fetish Fair Fleamarket and Ellie Lumpesse: What a Weekend!

Another Image From "Home" in Oregon

Another Image From "Home" in Oregon

YAY!  Ellie is here!

Today was an interesting day.  It was supposed to go like this:  Fetish Fair Fleamarket, yoga with Susan and The Dude, and then home for an evening with or without Ellie and J, depending on whether or not they attend Purgatory tonight.  We figured it made sense for us to try to go on behalf of Quid Pro Quo, good PR for our own PR company.  Here’s how it went:  I drove to South Carolina to pick up W from a sleepover, canceled yoga with Susan and The Dude, went to the Fetish Flea Market and came home.  Ellie and J are still out and about and are thinking about going to Purgatory.  I know myself well enough to know that Purgatory isn’t my scene.

It was interesting that at the fetish event there was an entire workshop dedicated to a face-to-face meeting of people from a Fetlife.com group.  We didn’t even know that there was a Fetlife centered workshop.  We walked through the door, unsure we were in the right place, and introduced ourselves as being a part of Fetlife and sat down to listen to what they had to say.  It was neat to hear again and again how Fetlife has become a central part of their lives, a way to keep in touch on a daily basis with their family.  It was really quite touching.  I came home and told John all about it.  He couldn’t believe it, and then he received an email from someone who was at the workshop/meeting who had written to tell him how important Fetlife and how it has really meant a lot to them to have a place to feel at home.  Nice!  John, you are changing the world!

I found a few nice corsets at the fleamarket, but it was difficult to find my size.  Now WTF?! When I was a larger size I couldn’t find a nice corset that fit and now that I am small, I can’t find a corset that fits.  Today all the corsets were too big or the few I found that were 22″ were like $500.00.  If I’m going to invest that kind of money into a corset it’s going to be custom made for me.  Doesn’t it seem to you like someone should make a corset for me so that I can promote the fuck out of their corsetry business?  I would work for trade.  Hey you corset seamstresses - are you listening? :)

Cleis Press sent me Tristan Taormino’s new book, Opening Up, to review.  I have only heard good things about it and as a polyamorous soul married to a monoromantic, an open relationship can be a challenge - so not ony am I looking forward to a good read for the review, but also I am hoping to get something out of it personally.  Well, that’s where the best reviews come from, anyway - though a book can be good and still not really be appealing to you.

I dd hear from my NYC friends that they are all getting set for tomorrow’s shoot.  No alcohol, strict orders by the photographer will make for a less interesting evening, though if you put those 12 women in the same room, I don’t think it matters, the energy alone would be intoxicating!

Next week’s posts on Catalina Loves are going to be really good, if I do say so myself.  I have an interview with Kink.com CEO Peter Acworth, a very good toy review on Tuesday, Lochai starts his new job with Hogtied.com Monday, so there will be lots of Lochai news, there is an interview waiting for me to post from Sgt. Major, who is a Kink.com dom, but also owns his own site: BackdoorBondage.com.  I also have to write an interview for Madison Young, who sent me her new movie (w00t!) and hopefully Nikki will have some new images ready for me next week from our photoshoot this week.  That’s a lot of good stuff, and that’s off the top of my head, so set make sure you subscribe and get all the goodness that there is.

Alright, enough babble for now.  I swear upon all things holy that I will get through my email this weekend.  It’s become a huge priority at this point!

Yoga, Andreas Troeger, Madison Young, How to Lose Weight - All In One Blog Post!

Click The Pic For The Secret To How I Lost Weight

So I went to the new yoga class today and it was terribly disappointing.  I felt like I was in an hour long stretch class, very gentle yoga with a nap at the end.  There was no shakti in the room, no energy to go with it.  Just a sterile gym with a lady who knows some poses.  I’m sure she’s a certified yoga instructor, but I think that if a yoga instructor can’t do downward dog with her feet flat on the floor, she probably shouldn’t be instructing.  I am a yoga snob, so it seems.  Back to Power Basics Vinyasa hot yoga on Saturday with the nice vibe at Yoga One.  I love the challenge of it, how I have to push my body beyond where I thought I could go because my mind limited me.  To overcome mental obstacles in yoga manifests in every day life all the time.  On a positive note about today’s adventure out to the new gym - the facility itself is really nice and I got to run for 2 miles after the yoga class, so I do feel like I got the energy boost I needed.

I’m really into reading Andreas Troeger’s books and watching his DVDs.  Take a look at TechnologyArtist.com and click on Buy DVDs.  No, it won’t automatically debit your account a bajillion dollars, it will just take you to the two DVDs that I’m going to watch and review for my blog.  I just need kid-free focus time to watch them, they look intense!  Included in my little surprise package (Thanks!!) were Troeger’s two books.  Click on Books on the left and you’ll find Anti Biography and Which Ones Are The Terrorists?  WestBank.cam, which are both equally compelling, but require even more time and focus.  So expect to see more about those soon, but not next week soon.

I found this article, called Nine Cold, Hard Weight Loss Truths on Divine Caroline today.  I’ve been reading that site a lot lately - like any magazine, there are some things there that I just will probably never read, but today I read this and I thought I would share it with you.  One of the most common email questions I get to my inbox is How did you lose all that weight? and the fact is, I did what everybody in the whole world knows how to do - I ate less and I exercised with purpose and intensity.  Anyway, take a look at the cold, hard truth.  It’s worth reading again.

Well, back to work.  W is home from her game tonight and then I have to run across town for an errand and back and then I still need to write something for CatalinaLoves.com and my article for TruFetish.com is due tomorrow.  Not to mention that I should write something current for The Femmes Guide and it would be at good manners to comment on a few of my favorite blogs! Tomorrow W stays the night with a friend and we’re expecting Ellie for a visit.  She’s here for the Fetish Fair Fleamarket where she’ll be doing a demo.  I will also be there, just to wander about and see what’s good.  If you’re planning to go, I hope to see you there!

Oh random - a package just arrived in the mail from Madison Young with her movie, Perversions of Lesbian Lust (Volume 1).  I’m pretty excited about that - on the back cover is a still from the movie and I said to Marky, “Oh, it’s her infamous ’sex mouth’ that you love.” You have to know the exact look to know what I mean, but Mz Berlin comes close in this image.  Anyway, I am so hot for Madison Young I can’t stand it!  I know what I’ll be watching tonight!

Save The Day (Or At Least The Cleavage Of The Day!)

“]

[Image from Postsecret.com

You play… you pay.  That was what my Mom would say as she punished me as a child.  Well, I’m paying in spades.  Too much play means I’m way behind on work.  Last night M and I decided at the last minute to go out for drinks, which gave me an excuse to wear my new clothes.  Before that I made a trip in to Charlotte for a separate errand.  Saturday I went to yoga with Susan.  Basically, I got a blog post or two written and that was it.  I have a bajillion emails that I starred in gmail to respond to when I have time.  Now I have to devote time to responding or else they just fall off the page.  I need to get my ass in gear and work!

Sometimes it’s a fine line between playing and working.  Today, for example, I was totally playing, yet I could say it was a long day at work - we did two different sets of suspension bondage shots, a MILFtastic office pic, a sex nerd photo, and a few other product sets for upcoming reviews.  So while I was technically working, I feel like I was away at play all day (plus I wasn’t at home).  I did come home and review a Madison Young movie I watched recently.  Is that work or play?  A combination of both, really.

I am really excited to dive into the Better Sex Through Yoga 3 DVD Series that Garvey sent to me.  I reviewed his book a few months ago.  In his package he also sent fascinating documentaries and books that I will keep a mystery for now.  They are completely unrelated to yoga.

I am re-watching Joseph Campbell’s DVDs, The Power of Myth.  If you have never seen it, I highly recommend it.  If you have seen it, but it’s been a while, you should re-watch it.  I’ve gained so much more from watching it this time.  The timing was perfect - I came home from yoga with a sense of being connected to the collective unconscious and present in the moment and watched Joseph Campbell talking about living in the moment and following your bliss.  I realize it is exactly what I’ve done.  I have taken The Hero’s Journey and this makes me incredibly proud.  Slaying dragons.  Seriously - (re)watch it.

I’m a weirdo in that I own copies of the Stanford Prison Experiment and the Obedience Experiment and I’ve watched them both with W - it helped her to understand Abu Ghraib and other crimes against humanity.   She also taught her art teacher about Fernando Botero’s art exhibit of his interpretation of the Abu Ghraib images.  I thought that was kind of cool, actually.

Other things worth noting before abruptly ending this post:

My friend, Tess, is on a “Cleavage of the Day” strike.  Until the terms of her demands are met, there will be no boobs.  Please, people - for the good of humanity, do whatever it is she asks - we need daily cleavage shots!  Tess’ boobs make the day so much easier to greet.

The 6 Degrees of Catalina list is growing each day - there are about 200 people on the mailing list and people are starting to put in calls for submissions for anthologies, etc.  So I think I’ll give it a shot.  If you are somehow related to the sex writing, sex blogging, podcasting, sex education, BDSM, fetish, erotic art scene (including the techies that keep us together!) and would like to be added to the list, please send me an email at catalinaloves@gmail.com and put “6 Degrees” in the subject line.  I’ll add you automatically.

Alternatively, if you have a request for the list, please send it to me using that same email link.  There are currently a few things in the queue including calls for submission for anthologies that sex bloggers might be interested in.  It would be nice to see variety in the list - someone must need something? No?

Roxy Harte wrote a really interesting post on the Femmes Guide called “How-To Guide For Female Ejaculation” that is worth reading for all of you who are seeking out the squirting experience.  Obviously, I thought it was interesting and worth mentioning.

Welcome Home to Lochai, Janice, and the Kitties!  I am certain that this weekend you will feel your new CommUNITY welcome you with warm arms.

A final plea - please buy a day on the NYC Sex Bloggers 2009 Calendar.  You don’t have to be a sex blogger and you don’t have to have a product to sell.  You could send a special message to a special someone, you could put your anniversary there, you could write a message of peace, love, and hope to the world.  Keep in mind that you are paying $10 for the day, but that day shows for 30 days!   Please, I beg of you - I need the Cleavage of the Day to survive.

News From Pervland: The Alpha Bit, Lochai, Small Boobs, Fetish, Friends, and Hair Removal

The Alpha-Bit in Mapleton, OR

The Alpha-Bit in Mapleton, OR (Click the Pic)

The picture today is of C, who was a student of mine several years ago and has kept in touch.  He’s a college junior now and now knows me by my first name.  I don’t like it when students who are old enough that I would now consider fucking them call me Señora.  Makes me feel old.  I always said that my biggest impact in teaching wasn’t teaching Spanish, but planting radical ideas in the minds of my students - that they should travel and explore their world and question everything.  Imagine my surprise when C emailed me a couple of months ago and said, “Catalina, I’m in Eugene [Oregon] and so what should I do?” It turns out that he inherited a chunk of cash and was using part of it to travel and based on my influence, he ended up in Eugene.  How flattering! It was a piece of cake for me - I sent him across to Florence via Mapleton and then up the coast until crossing back over to Portland, check out the Gorge and Multnomah Falls, and head back down the I-5 corridor to Eugene.   I asked him to specifically stop and check out the Alpha-Bit in Mapleton.  You can’t miss it.  That’s all there is there.  The Alpha-Bit is the store/restaurant of the Alpha Farm.  You should check out both of those sites.  This is worth looking at, because you have to juxtapose this against the logger community in which this place exists and then realize that this is where I grew up!   I’m going to post more pictures that C sent from Oregon as the week goes on.

In the news today - I’m sore as hell from yoga yesterday and I love it!  I’m dying to go back for more.

I wrote a review for Amazon.com for Spanked: Red-Cheeked Erotica and then reposted it on CatalinaLoves.com.  I posted Marky’s review of The Moon Plug on BestSexBloggers.com.   Then I posted an interview Radical Vixen did with Sweat Shop Sissy, who was having trouble getting Wordpress to cooperate with him.  I talked to Lochai and posted something for him.  I’m waiting on some pictures from his iphone, but they are lost in the nowhereland.  If they find their way here, I’ll post them.

I tried out the new Whirl from Liberator last night.  Of course I’ve only used it once, so I can’t say for sure, but I’d say it’s a thumbs up.  It seems like a really good alternative to the Liberator Ramp if your budget is tight.  It did put my hips right up in the air in exactly the right place.  Marky and I both agree that we have to play around with it more and figure out all the ways in which we an use it, but our first encounter with it was divine.

I failed to mention it yesterday, all blissed out from yoga and such, but we got a package in the mail yesterday from Narration by D and Thursday’s Child.  It was filled with goodies for Marky and I, and also for the girls.  It was unbelievably considerate, kind, and thoughtful and they deserve a better thank you than this, but that will have to wait until I meet them in person!

M has been mostly out of touch this weekend.  His plans with A were all fucked up and he’s been in a mood.  I don’t blame him, I’d be pissed off, too, and my reaction would be the same - he bailed out on me Friday night to stay home and be in a funk, Saturday I didn’t hear from him at all, and today we emailed back and forth a bit and it’s back to a normal week tomorrow.  I don’t actually know if we’ll go out next week or not because of the Fetish Flea Market in Charlotte.

Ellie just confirmed with me today that she wants me to be the bottom in her demo.  I don’t even know what her demo is (phone sex, but what exactly am I going to do?) but I’m an adventurer, so I said Yes!  Anyway that happens on Saturday but Ellie and her man are coming to stay at our house and I’m not sure if they are coming on Friday or Saturday.  If they come on Friday, then I’ll take the opportunity to spend time with a friend who doesn’t live in Charlotte - since M lives here, he’ll be here.  Ellie will only be here for a short time. Okay, so I was just looking at the Fetish Flea Market website rules and this is my favorite part:

No live animals or non-human pets.

I love it that it has to be clarified since there will be human pets there.

Okay, so I officially am a size 6, though I have to say that when I had to switch to petite, I went back up to an 8.  Petites officially run one size larger.  WTF?!  Why do they fuck with my mind like this?   So now I have to be a 4 in order to be a 6P, and yes, I’m crazy enough that it matters.  I had a great talk today with a friend who admired my tiny boobies and I’ve decided that I really have to re-think the small boobs thing.  The body shape that I want to have is small and lean, the women that I envision when I think about how I want to look don’t have big boobs.

One other strange observation today about losing weight - I have concaves where there weren’t concaves before, so for example, it’s really difficult to shave my underarms because there are these hollows there now.  Skinny women, how the fuck do you do it?  I am missing something here.  I have the same problem with the hollow of my bikini line on the inside of my thighs.  Despite my hippie values, I am very much anti-body hair.  I did let my “ginger bush” triangle grow back after hearing the pleas of the people who feel it is a crime for a natural redhead to shave it all off.  I would otherwise rid my entire body of hair permanently if it were reasonable.

So that’s about all the news fit for print.  I’m *still* waiting on those pics from Lochai.  I wonder where they go between here and there…

Stuff and Things … Things and Stuff

Postcard from Postsecret.com

Postcard from Postsecret.com

It’s hard to make a title and then write on CatalinaSays.com, because I generally just start writing and whatever ends up coming to my mind, I write about, then at the end I try to make sense of it and add an image.  Nothing makes sense today - this image has nothing to do with anything and it’s linked (click it) to an old post I wrote about being Mrs. Robinson on CatalinaLoves.com, which also has nothing to do with anything.

For example, today I traded a baby for a dog.  No, not literally.  I took S to the sitter’s house and The Dude brought his pup over today for us dogsit.  It turns out, it’s easier to take care of a semi-potty-trained puppy than a semi-potty-trained preschooler.  Our cats behaved vehemently.  The poor pup was scared of them.  She spent most of the day hiding between Marky’s feet.

Cleis Publishing contacted me today — I’m writing a review of Rachel Kramer Bussel’s book, Spanked, which is an anthology of (yep, you guessed it) spanking stories for Amazon.com.  Marky and I together are reviewing her oral anthologies, Tasting Him and Tasting Her.  They are super(duper) hot!  What’s the connection? Rachel Kramer Bussel had given them my contact information to be added to the 6 Degrees of Catalina Networking project I am working on.  Thanks, RKB!

I ate my first McDonald’s cheeseburger in over 18 months tonight.  That’s worth noting.  I don’t eat fast food.  However, my family does and for dinner tonight they wanted McDonald’s.  In my attempts to be a more reasonable person, I am trying to adapt to their life more.  So I ate a cheeseburger.  According to their site, that little cheeseburger was 300 calories.  By those same figures I used to eat 1,300 calories in a meal.  I also ate a Nutri-grain bar today.

If you were on the edge of your seat over the quilt that was sent by La Profesora, yes, it made it here and it is unbelievably beautiful and an absolute heirloom.  W and S have both tried to claim it.  Nice try, I’m still alive.

Now I’m expecting a package from Liberator.  They have a new shape that I’m going to try out!  I’m pretty excited about that.  The challenge will be, how many different ways can we use this?  I love a good challenge.  If I’m not mistaken, they are also sending a Throe to me, which I’ve been looking forward to for quite some time, since first hearing about them!  Thank you, Liberator, for the chance to review for you again!  I absolutely adore your products.

I considered moving to San Francisco for a few seconds, then came back to reality.  Of course, that’s where Lochai will be - The Armory.  My dream job, I think, is at Kink.com.  I want the job with the clipboard where you get to tell men (and women) to undress.  If only…

Well, I still have a movie review to write - Madison Young sent me her new movie, “Lesbian Life: Real Sex San Francisco”.  I watched it last night and so now it’s time to put it into words.  I’ve got to say, I think that where she has done a really nice job is in providing a lesbian porno for actual lesbians, which is a very special niche in the industry that is underrepresented.  I think she’s really smart to market a real lesbian movie rather than porno lesbians.  It’s not that they’re unattractive, the women in the movie, it’s just that they’re not the blonde haired, blue-eyed, fake boob bimbos that I think of when I think of porno lesbians.  In my opinion, real and authentic is always preferable, and Madison always brings that to the table.

Three companies have contacted me about writing columns for them this week.  I am still waiting to hear the details on that.  Getting paid to write would certainly be nice!

So that’s where I end up, it’s such a mishmash of stuff and things.

Oh ya, and buy an ad on Fetlife!  Why?  Because we just crossed 40,000 members since January!  We just passed Bondage.com in our Alexa rating!  Because FetLife.com rocks!  And Because Catalina Says!

Goodies!
This episode’s give aways will go to one lucky commenter who must come on over to the post on Live Girl Review to drop their words of wisdom - not top five or top ten, but anyone who comments before the next episode goes up.
